<p>Execuţia săpăturii adânci, a fost îngreunată de prezenţa unui subsol ale cărui fundaţii erau oprite cu cca. 1,50 m mai sus de cota viitoarei fundaţii. S-a pus problema păstrării a doi din pereţii perimetrali ai acestui subsol şi continuarea săpăturii până la atingerea cotei prevăzute prin proiect.<span id="more-232"></span>În aceste condiţii s-a executat o perdea de micropiloţi de la nivelul de călcare al subsolului existent, s-au executat şpraiţuri orizontale şi verticale ce străpungeau planşeul peste subsol. În final, sub protecţia acestor sprijiniri a putut fi demolat subsolul.</p>

<p>Adâncimea săpăturii (5,55 m faţă de cota trotuarului) a făcut necesară executarea unui perete îngropat alcătuit din piloţi din b.a. cu diametrul de 400 mm dispuşi la o distanţă de 800 mm interax. Nivelul apei subterane se află în zonă la cca. 7 m adâncime de la suprafaţa terenului, astfel încât nu a fost necesară prevederea puţurilor de epuismente. Apa provenită din precipitaţii a fost evacutaă cu pompe la reţeaua de canalizare.</p>

<p>Pentru evitarea sprijinirilor orizontale pe toată suprafaţa incintei (53 m x 43 m), s-a optat pentru un al doilea şir de piloţi din b.a. cu diametrul 600 mm, dispuşi la distanţa de 2000 mm interax, în care au fost încastrate profile metalice verticale. Au fost prevăzute două rânduri de sprijiniri orizintale. După turnarea radierului se poate renunţa la rândul inferior de sprijiniri.</p>

<p>Pentru protejarea pământului dintre piloţii exteriori au fost montate folii din polietilenă. Pe durata executării lucrărilor, pe baza programului întocmit de proiectantul de structură, au fost executate măsurători ale tasărilor clădirilor învecinate, aflate cu calcanul la limita de proprietate.</p>

<p style="line-height: 14.25pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Lucida Sans Unicode&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">Conceptul de consolidare folosit, înlocuieşte stâlpii de beton armat turnaţi în şanţuri săpate în zidărie, cu tiranţi metalici montaţi în foraje executate în masa zidăriei. Forajele, în final, vor fi injectate cu mortar beton fluid. Tiranţii se vor executa atât vertical cât şi orizontal şi vor avea rol de sâmburi şi centuri pentru panourile de zidărie pe care le încorsetează. În acest mod, şpaleţii de zidărie întăriţi cu tiranţi, împreună cu ansamblul de grinzi de beton armat introduse la nivelul fundaţiilor şi cu sistemul de consolidare al bolţilor, formează o structură unitară capabilă să mărească gradul de asigurare seismică a edificiului. </span></p>

<p>Primele doua imagini sunt luate din santier, surprinzand executarea armaturilor pentru elementele verticale din parter.</p>
<p>In continuare, in ordine cronologica, prezentam cateva imagini de la proiectare pana la receptia structurii de rezistenta a imobilului:</p>

<p>- mai jos, incinta din pereti mulati si piloti forati, cu sprijinirile metalice executate. Suprafata subsolurilor este de peste 2600 mp pe nivel, insumand peste 7800 mp pe toate cele trei subsoluri. Lucrarile au fost executate in perioada iunie - iulie 2008.</p>

<p>Cladirea initial avea atat plansee din lemn, cat si plansee din beton armat.</p>
<p>Pentru planseele din lemn au fost proiectate grinzi din beton armat executate intre grinzile planseului de lemn.</p>
<p>Mai jos, se poate observa consolidarea unui planseu din beton armat, prin executarea unei banchete perimetrale din beton armat.</p>

<p>Inlocuire planseu lemn cu planseu din beton armat - faza de armare, fara demontarea acoperisului.</p>
<p>Sustinerea planseului din lemn a fost realizata cu sprijiniri metalice, timp in care a fost refacuta zidaria avariata.</p>
<p>Consolidarea unui perete prin executarea unei camasuieli armate dupa ce initial au fost reparate fisurile prin injectare.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Filmul de mai sus este un excelent prilej de a se vedea ce se poate intampla atunci cand nu sunt respectate masuri de siguranta structurala in cazul unor lucrari delicate. Articolul de mai jos a fost scris inainte de incidentul filmat de un amator si preluat de realitatea TV. Cazul acestei prabusiri de la Galati este unul extrem, insa alte intasmplari de acest gen s-au mai intamplat in Romania. Un caz este cel al Bisericii Armenesti din Bucuresti, unde nerespectarea unui anumit ritm tehnologic a dus la pagube care, datorita valorii cladirii invecinate au putut fi chiar mai importante decat aici. </em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Din fericire, la Galati nu exista victime umane, probabil ca evenimentul urmeaza sa fie foarte util ca exemplu de acum inainte.</em><span id="more-18"></span></p>
<h3><strong>Sapaturi adanci in mediul urban</strong></h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Deoarece orice autorizatie de construire este strans legata de numarul de locuri de parcare, aproape orice cladire necesita subsoluri ample, pe toata suprafata terenului si foarte adesea mai pe mai mult de un nivel.<br />
Stabilitatea, siguranta si integritatea cladirilor inconjuratoare, aflate fie la calcan, fie la numai cativa metri de terenul care urmeaza sa fie excavat impun aproape intotdeauna asigurarea sapaturi cu o incinta din pereti mulati sau piloti forati, secanti sau tangenti.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Solutia, foarte ingenioasa, presupune realizarea unui sistem de sprijiniri subterane inainte de a se realiza excavatia. Utilaje speciale, sub protectia noroiului bentonitic, foreaza pana la adancimi de peste 10 metri, urmand ca in transeea astfel executata sa se toarne beton armat.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Odata ce perimetrul este astfel asigurat, se poate trece la excavatie. Odata cu adancimea, se realizeaza sprijiniri din profile metalice de 20, 40, 60 sau chiar 80 cm diametru. Rolul acestora este sa asigure peretii astfel turnati sa nu fie rasturnati de presiunile imense date de terenul si constructiile inconjuratoare.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Odata ce sapatura a fost realizata, se poate trece la realizarea subsolurilor, incepand cu radierul general, apoi fiecare nivel subteran. Odata ce radierul si placile din beton armat sunt turnate, se pot scoate sprijinirile metalice care sunt adesea refolosite.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Aceste tipuri de lucrari adesea nu sunt luate in calcul de investitori in estimarea investitiilor si adesea apar la categoria costuri suplimentare, putand afecta serios reusita unui proiect imobiliar.</p>
